Each piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully packaged from our studio in Texas.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.

Shipping Time
United States:
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
