Return & Refund Policy

At Hemo Studio, each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail.

Due to the handcrafted and often delicate nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging

Once we review your claim, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:
- Slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
